SHIPPING: All US orders are shipped via UPS, fully insured. Please provide street address and phone to assure prompt delivery. Next Day & 2nd Day air available for additional shipping charges.

INSTRUMENTS: All orders for instruments from any of our stores must be prepaid at the time of shipment. You then have 2 weeks after the date on the invoice (invoice is always dated the same day we ship the instrument) to return the instrument for a refund or exchange less shipping charges both ways, and a $25.00 restocking fee per instrument if nothing is purchased. For shipping inside of the 48 contiguous states there is a $20.00 charge for packing and shipping and insurance on most instruments; insurance for instruments costing more than $1000 is an extra $.50 per $100.00 over $1000.00. Large instruments (such as Baritone Saxophones) or next day air are quoted on an individual basis.

MOUTHPIECES are sent on the same 2 week return trial system described above. You can order up to 3 mouthpieces and return them within 2 weeks for exchange or refund less shipping charges both ways and a $3.50 per mouthpiece restocking fee for returned mouthpieces. If you order 4 or more mouthpieces, you are required to purchase one at some time, however, we will send you as many as necessary to find one you like. All mouthpieces must be prepaid at time of shipment.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Unusual merchandise that we do not normally stock must be prepaid in full at time of order. These orders are not cancelable, and not refundable. Frequently, these are items that are handmade, have very slow delivery, and we cannot cancel once we place the order with the manufacturer. For normal merchandise, you always have a 2 week return privilege on mail order as described above, but not for special order merchandise.

REFUNDS are contingent upon items being returned in their original condition and the yellow invoice MUST accompany all returns.

REEDS and PRINTED MUSIC are not returnable unless shipment damage or incorrect shipment has occurred, in which case we need immediate notification so we may solve the problem.
